Well, that’s an unexpected bonus. The one appointment I had to day ( a 2 hr drive from home) phoned to say that her equipment had not been delivered so we had to cancel the appointment. My job now is to train patients how to administer their own medication using a smart piece of equipment. I have a demo model, but after the training I have to observe their first injection using their own equipment. If it hasn’t been delivered, I can’t do it. SO after phone calls to the delivery company, and re-scheduled appointments, I end up with a day at home, catching up on admin etc., and chilling of course! LOL I started watching the SuperBowl last night, it was on late here, starting at 22.00 and eventually kicking off at 23.30. I was fully expecting the Broncos to win, especially the way Peyton Manning has been playing this year. Within 12 seconds I knew it wasn’t going to happen. That first cock-up between Manning and his Centre was a bad omen. Manning has , all season, been stepping forward prior to the snap to shout audibles and the centre just bottled it. His nerves took over. And a few minutes later when Manning threw for an interception I was sure it wasn’t going to be their game. So I switched off. And when I saw the result this morning I was proven right. What a rout! Well, done Seahawks, they obviously deserved it on that score. I’m not a Seahawks or Broncos supporter, but you gotta go with one team. The team I support have underperformed for the last few years since winning the ‘Bowl. Tampa Bay Buccs have never been the same team since that year. Some of the results have been close last season, even running into overtime, but just not close enough……maybe next year! At least we should get good draft picks! My English soccer team is fairing better. Liverpool have had a few mediocre seasons recently but this year seem to have got a lot more confidence, belief and pride in themselves. I’m confident they can get a top 4 spot this year, which will mean European football next year which is all good. Our chickens have surprised us. They have kept laying through all the cold and wet weather we’ve had. All the info I’ve read say don’t be surprised if they stop laying over winter, but we continue to get eggs regularly. Bless them! Well, not much else has happened around these parts recently so I guess I’ll sign off. Hugz RNBiker
