Overcast Monday in Day by day

At last there is promise of light as I woke thus morning. The alarm did not come on at 7 am but woke at 7.15. Hubby was still sleeping so I woke him and got up to let Archie out.

Yesterday, we had the grandchildren unexpectedly. Jennette, call just as I was waking and asked would we have the children as she needed to be at work fir 10am and Paul had been phone by his mum to come to hospital as his granddad was close to death. Sadly he died before Paul got there. The children knew what was happening but seemed not to affect them to much. Harvey, did ask during the day, had he died. We knew but waited for Jennette to tell the children when she collected them at 4.15 pm. It must have been on their mind as they asked her ad soon as she walked in.

Jennette, had a cuppa before gather the children to take them home. We did not take them out girl day but spent the day with them. Hubby, did take them to park for an hour. They did not really gave right foot wear on for park but set least they git an hour outside. They are use to being out mostly over the weekend.

Harvey, has left his mobile, so will drop it of fir him once I gave taken Archie out. I will need to dress warm ad I can here strong winds out there. As I have been writing this the sun gas come up and is shinning nicely.
