Uncomfortably cold in Journal

It’s upsetting that C. has taken partial residence in my mind again. Vlad made a reappearance too. It must be that time of year when alcoholic abusers need attention. Liz and I have been channeling our anger through creating funny imitations of them. Laughter is good medicine, and so is female bonding. I’m giving myself until the end of the calendar year to indulge in rage fantasies - and in the new year focus on detached forgiveness and self-healing.
