Meatball subs with a vegetable. Freezer meatballs I made up a few weeks ago. Christmas Eve service is at 4, so I needed something that didn’t require a lot of prep time.

We are pretty much just loading up the grill and smoking a ton of meat. We really wanted to do a brisket, but after some research we saw how much work it is, so we went for something a bit cheaper and easier.

Baked Potatoe Bar - I’ll have bacon, chives, brocolli, melted cheddar, sour cream, and garlic butter for toppings
Homemade Brown Sugar baked beans (crockpot)
Grilled portabello mushrooms
Not planning a dessert, I figure we’ll have lots of sweets around already.
Sparking grape juice for the kids/beer for the adults. :)
