So today I began re-reading The Hunger Games. I had forgotten how to the point and simple the writing of the book was. Also Buttercup, the cat. Reading that part brought up memories of when later in Mockingjay she, I think, yelled at the cat that Prim was not here or something like and it was all so sad. But overall it's just nice to freshen up my Hunger Games knowledge. There really was a lot I had just plain forgotten. I don't have the best memory.

And speaking of that, I'm starting to question my Christian reading. Stromata is proving a not easy read. And, overall, I feel I'm forgetting like the majority of it and can't recall and now I'm thinking is there a point to this all other than my own vanity in having said that, yes, I read all those old, really important books even though I have no idea what they were about later on. So I'm struggling, that's all.

To top it all of Queen Victoria: A Personal History is kinda boring. It jumps around, never focuses on anything. Not the biography I had expected, just various vaguely connected scenes.

I added Gillian Flynn to my Goodreads favourite authors. I kept fiddling around the thing, trying to make it perfect, a perfect reflection of my opinions then I got frustrated and now it's all alphabetical. Now my dear J.R.R. Tolkien is at the very bottom when he used to be number one. Biblical.

These days have been so foggy. I should stop playing so much video games and focus on my studies.
