Eh... so much to do so little time. So so far Gone Girl seems good. It's got that same goodness that Dark Places had in that it pulls you in and makes you want to read. Hope the ending to this one will be better. Essentially in Dark Places they only solved the mystery because of a stupid, contrived mistake. Also the mother's decision made no sense.

Anyway, about movies. I decided that next week I'll definitely see Rush and not Stalingrad as I previously might have thought. In fact, I'm not sure will I see the movie at all. Some reviews were not so favorable in that they made me question the film's goodness. Also on IMDb the movie has a lot of 1 ratings. Not exactly a good sign. Also - soon the second Hobbit movie will be out. Not sure will I see it because I'm cheap and I don't like paying extra for 3D movies and I have not seen the trailer for this one or even the first movie so not sure if, like say Gravity, the 3D is an actual addition.

I decided that after I finish Gone Girl I'll read another fiction book (not figured out what, might be Sharp Objects of the same author but not conclusive). That and Queen Victoria: A Personal History will give me the additional 3 books I need for the 50 books Goodreads challenge and then I'll reread The Hunger Games trilogy. The first time I read the books in six days. In the nights between a book I couldn't sleep because I was just that excited. Not sure how I'll do this time.

Also, now I'll probably never see Ender's Game even though I sorta planned but never did. Next week they'll only showing it once a day and it doesn't seem to be having a high attendance. I was meh about the book and the trailer didn't inspire me much. Also the fact that it has more of Harrison Ford than the actual Ender does not inspire confidence in the movie.

P.S. Yes, I know I'm slacking off in my Grand Quest to Finally Learn the German Tongue. I know, I know. I'm just going through a rough time right now. Perseverance and solid intentions will win over procrastination in the end. I hope.
