Anyhow, I often give myself pep talks along the lines of “What can you do to make Future-Sassy thank Past-Sassy?”
It helps me try to think beyond today. Like.. I want to challenge myself to be able to do a one-minute plank. I need to actually get started on that, though, if I want to ever get there and beyond.
