`-------------‘
For Kachina’s Woman.

Palm of My Hand

The palm of my hand
Holds the woman
I call my own.
A symbol of purity,
A Mecca of grace;
Longing the touch
Of her delicate face.

Kittens and horses
Deftness and strength;
Enchanted by her aura,
Left on the brink;
Sorrowful of my cruelness
And disdainful speech
I never want her
Straying far from reach.

I cannot endure the pain
Of blue eyes tearing for me;
I’d rather go away lonely
And set my loved one free.
