The Kiss

Our eyes close
And lips touch.
My heart skips
Our hands clutch.

My breathing stops;
I am entranced.
My mind falls clear
As my emotions dance.

Uneasiness leaves
To awaken my soul.
Happiness around me;
My ultimate goal.

I shake and shiver
As my heart restarts.
My lips do quiver
As our lips depart.

Warmth flows through me;
My temperature arise.
My heart soars onward
And my soul cries.

Tears inside flow
From happiness and glee.
A woman so wonderful –
So wonderful for me.
