Day 1 in End of Day Emotions - Lonliness tracker

Lonely 1-
Today is the first day I track. I was supposed to meet up with a girl this evening. Everything was ok until about an hour before we were going to meet up. She blocked me on social media and through text messaging/calling for no reason. This has never happened before to me. I really felt a sense of being lonely tonight. I received no messages or calls. I stepped out of the condo in busy downtown Toronto at about 10pm to just see people and hopefully feel like I was engaging with society but I felt really isolated and having nobody. I went back home and sat in silence all night.
