I woke up at 6:30am and I did it. I worked out. I was feeling stiff, I was tired as my kids decided to sleep with me last night. I powered through and I did it.
I feel better.
I worked out my arms. I have massive arms, I always have, and I really have no strength, my arms are just piles of fat. large piles of fat. I moved them, I didn’t use weights as I don’t think my arms can handle that but I moved them in 30 second intervals. Punches, weird side things, up and down, I really felt it. I did this all while I was on my treadmill.
Yesterday I did really well eating wise! I had steak and a giant salad and I MADE my own dressing. honey mustard oil/vinegar. It was alright lol. I think I put too much vinegar but i’ll know for next time.
This morning I made myself scrambled eggs, 1/4 of a green pepper, cottage cheese in a wrap.
For lunch i’m having a protien bar and then for supper i’m not sure yet. we’ll see.
I haven’t had alcohol since Saturday! and I haven’t eaten past supper time in 3 days!
I’m not going to lie, there’s nothing like putting your kids to bed and whipping out the good snacks. If you try to snack when you’re kids are awake its like they hear the bag open in another room, or they hear you chew…
But now no more snacks for me. I’m doing this. I can do this.
never again will I be too fat for something. NEVER.
