Grateful in 2014

Today I am grateful that I don’t need medication to feel happy.
I am grateful that I can now appreciate the moments in life that make me happy.
I am grateful that I don’t worry about being happy in between those moments of happiness.
I am grateful for the journey that brought me to this place of happiness & understanding.
Today I am grateful.
