Yes.

The last three days of our trip to France were brutal. It was hotter there than in England, and it’s not even like we were in the south. Luckily, we had beaches on hand with icy cool sea. But even so, we’re not really beach people and it put just a bit of a downer on the end of the holiday that we basically couldn’t do anything else.

And the day after today, I must go back to work. This will suck a lot, but at least it won’t be a Monday.

Even so.... ugh.

Other than work and holidays, everything is more or less settled. Mortage deal will be up in a few months and we’re going to try to nail it down to a fixed rate and bring the term down so that it’s fixed until we pay it off. Could be a turbulent few years with Brexit going on, an interest-rate proof mortgage seems like it’d be a good thing.

How very domestic.

We saw a llama in France, also. It was in a field, being all French and llamy as we drove past.
