Biscuits and Gravy

I got this recipe many years ago from my little sister. The gravy tastes pretty good and my family enjoys this breakfast dish. I usually make it on the weekends when everybody is home to eat breakfast together. I have also been known to make this for dinner. Breakfast for dinner every now and then.

1 package Farmer John sausage links. 2 chicken boullion cubes 2 TBSP flour 1 2/3 cup of milk

Fry up the whole package of sausage links in a frying pan. When sausage is cooked all the way through, leave 1 TBSP of grease in the frying pan. Drain the rest of the grease. Take cooked sausage out of frying pan. Cut up the cooked sausage into little peices. Put all the cut up sausage back into the frying pan with the 1 TBSP of grease. Fry up the sausage again along with 2 chicken boullion cubes. Add 2 TBSP of flour. Keep frying up the sausage and flour until the chicken boullion cubes stick to the sausage. Add 1 2/3 cup of milk. Bring to a boil.

The gravy mix should be thickened after boiling. I like to add black pepper to the gravy.

Serve gravy over hot biscuits. Side dish: home fries and a glass of fresh orange juice
