Here is the recipe for Chicken Cordon Bleu. This is Marcias favorite dish and she requests for me to make it for her every year on her birthday. This is the casserole style of Chicken Cordon Bleu

2 lbs of chicken breasts cut into chunks 1 egg mixed with 1/2 cup of milk 8 oz swiss cheese cubed 8 oz diced ham 10 oz can cream of chicken soup 1 cup milk Bread crumbs... I use a whole box of salad croutons. Smash up the croutons for the bread crumbs. I like using the croutons because there are different flavors like garlic and onion, or you might prefer the flavoring of cheese or maybe ceasars Italian. Use whichever flavor you desire to spice up your dish.

I usually bake the chicken breast in my oven first. Then I dice it up into little chunks.

Dip the chicken chunks into the egg and milk mixture. Coat the chicken chunks well. Brown the chicken chunks in a frying pan with some oil. Place fried chicken chunks into casserole dish. Add swiss cheese Add ham Mix the can of cream of chicken soup with one cup of milk. Pour the soup all over the chicken mixture in the casserole dish. Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

I usually serve this main dish with a salad and baked potatoes on the side and a some veggies too.
