Further House Update in Diary

Yes it’s me again with my fourth entry in 24 hours.

Just had a call from the estate agent. The people who viewed the house yesterday are going for a second viewing this afternoon, and someone who viewed it this morning also wants to come back for a second viewing! I wonder if it’s a coincidence that they’ve both seen it after I got rid of the canvas wardrobe and moved the sofa, or if it’s just right place, right time?

One is a small family of first time buyers and one is a man on his own.

I hope they get into a bidding war!
