Knee replacement in Ok!!!

Any advice on getting my knee back to normal is appreciated. For all you guys that have gotten new knees. I know yall know something that will help the soreness and stiffness.

I know that some people that I know that has knee surgery the recovery time and problems have been so very different. But it is possible that they have had different types of knee surgeries too.
