where to start? in 30's

Me:
- what’s new with me? looking forward to nicer weather coming soon. the forecast says plus temperatures starting wednesday. I got a massage yesterday that was a bit too deep. very hard to move today so it’s been very unproductive. been getting lots of reading done lately. i discovered a new way to read recently; just read the dialogue & try reading the first & last line of paragraphs but concentrating mainly on dialogue. i joined a book club recently & i guess that was the motivation that had been missing behind reading. we did a book called passenger on the train & then we watched the movie. there’s another one coming soon called the monster calls which we’ll be starting soon. Speaking of movies, I’m looking forward to taking jas to see beauty & the beast. probably go see it saturday.

Florin:
-been working lots even on his days off he’s been checking wells. It’s been too much for me lately but it’s almost over. He’s going to the movies tonight with Aaron, that king kong movie. Tomorrow, he’s got a massage.

Kassidy:
-doing good. her first word was “dadda” (naturally :P) on feb 23. I had taken jas & adam to W. for the day, swimming, mcdonalds & had to do some shopping, buy jas makeup for hip hop mainly. When we came home that evening, Kas was in the exersaucer, me & florin were watching tv & kas just started saying it. she can also roll over in both directions & sit but she cant get herself into a sitting position on her own. she can also pull herself up to her knees. my prediction is she’ll be crawling this month. she has 4 teeth; 2 on the top & 2 on bottom directly centered. she claps her hands too. everything’s on her terms though so i haven’t heard her say dadda much. she also has a few favorite shows: baby einstein & sheriff callie.

Jasmine:
-turning SEVEN! in a couple months. she finished hip hop on sunday & had a recital. mom, dad & jo came so that was nice :) afterwards we all (except jo) went to bp’s for supper. afterwards, mom & dad got a celebratory ice cream cake that said ‘congradulations jassy’. I’m so proud of that kid for sticking it out. when she first started, she hated it. just didn’t understand the moves & found it challenging but she stuck it out & improved <3 she’s also in swimming lessons which are done after next week.

Adam:
-into lego right now. this morning he was playing with it & he asked me what i thought of his horse i said “mmhmm” & he scolded me lol. he said “use your words” <3 when school’s out he’ll be done his first preschool year when schools out. Adam’s in swim lessons too. same date & right before jas.

when i took the kids to W. for swimming, at the end i asked the kids to clean up pool toys. afterwards people working there gave us free passes for the next time we came swimming. just because of us doing that for them :)

typing this entry has taken way longer then it should have. typing on a bed with a 10 month old is a terrible idea, for future reference ;) i have another topic to talk about but will have to save it until a later time which is probably just as well. it probably should have it’s own entry in hindsight.
