Tonight I’m ahead of my self, cooking a Hagis for Dinner, a simple meal as I serve it with a Onion Sauce; I picked it up from a restaurant in Scotland – the ‘Winking Owl’
Burns Night is tomorrow the 25th, I have a Support Group meeting, I did think of having the Hagis on Thursday but I have a Church meeting, so tonight it was. As I said it is a simple meal, twenty to twenty fives minuets for the onion sauce; and the Hagis in the micro for eight minuets.
I saw on the label I had been dropping G’s, sorry Scotland I will pick up my lost G’s in future; and next Burns Night it will be a Haggis Dinner.
Thinking I have some pipe music on CD, but its Kathryn Tickell, she plays the Northumbrian Smallpipes; perhaps not ……………
