Ah - the day after Thanksgiving when I’m gonna have my own Thanksgiving (see previous entry).

And it’s Black Friday, too. I found my misplaced Carhartt jacket, so my Black Friday shopping included the stuff I need for baking, and stuff I need for myself (light bu’bs, sox, etc.)

I was pleased that the Detroit Lions and the Dallas Cowboys won their holiday football games, but being a true Patriots fan, I let Pittsburgh and Indianapolis fight it out.

The turkey is roasting, the chickens are happy, and I’m reading Tom Clancy’s “Executive Orders”.

Life is good!
