POTATOES in Ponderings of the Universe

Aaron is getting started on our Thanksgiving dinner. It’s just the 4 of us and we always eat late. He made a vinaigrette reduction for asparagus we’ll be making later and is getting started on the turkey. I’m on hand in case he needs help with anything. The potatoes for mashed potatoes are scrubbed, waiting to be peeled, cubed, boiled, massed, etc, but we’re waiting until a little later to get that started.

Photobucket is being a jerk and won’t load, so I guess I can’t share my mountain of potatoes right now :/

Today, I’m thankful that I haven’t had to leave the house today and deal with Black Friday shoppers!
