Spent a good part of the morning and part of the early afternoon at the tractor shop listening to NPR and C-SPAN. NPR’s Sunday morning host Rachel Martin’s last day was today and she’ll be missed. :-( (My weekend does start with Scott Simon on Saturday mornings, though. :-) )

The final of the New England-San Francisco game was 30-17, with the good guys winning!

Re: Colin Kaepernick. I will have to review the verses of the National Anthem to see what they contain. I do agree with Mr. Kaepernick’s right to protest - and the right for anyone to protest - our county, its flag, and the “Star-Spangled Banner”, and can see NO reason for anyone to burn his football jersey, to complain about him being over-paid, or get all up in arms about his actions.
