zucchini pizza:
The bottom layer is shredded zucchini (excess water squeezed out), 2 eggs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, and whatever seasonings you want to add to make it your own. Toss it in the oven at 350 to start cooking while you brown up some hamburger and onions. Pull your zucchini “crust” out after about 15-20 mins. Layer your hamburger mixture on top of that, then salsa, then whatever “toppings” you want and then finish it off with cheese. Then bake it for a bit longer until your cheese melts. Everything is already cooked when your layer it, so it doesn’t take long. Another 10-15 mins or so. Enjoy!
