Oh man, yeah, it's been a while. So, lets catch up a tad. Went to a New Years party that was being held at this huge new event space. It was being run by Burners, so there was huge contraptions and sculptures and other light up things, and even one of those silent disco things, all those hip new group things. Sadly, their crowd management and line management was lacking. The event started at 9, we got there at 930, and it was still 45min to get inside. The Fire Marshal even shut down the line twice. The crowd was also annoying, very rude and no dance etiquette what so ever. My monster and I would be dancing and a back of these douchbags would walk right over us, even though there was tons of feet of space around each of us. We ran away around 130 or so, found a burrito and then came home.
Looks like I have two parties this week, both of them involving kinksters. The first one is a birthday party for this chick, Jesbian, that I know from the kink scene. I found out through my sister, Sally, who is leather sisters with Jesbian, that she "liked me." Which of course I found adorable. We've chatted a few times, and she goes to school down in LA, so it's not like I see her all the time. So imagine my surprise to get a formal invite to her birthday play party from her Ma'am. OOOOO, I'm all special and official and shit, apparently. Who knew?
My second party this week is another birthday party, being thrown by a different set of kinksters. This party is not a play party and is just being held in a speak-easy bar lounge. That one I'm bringing a date, Ben, who I picked up at Death Guild a few weeks back. This should be entertaining since Ben is newly kinky, and most of these people we're going out with are lifestylers.
Well, this sure is an interesting way to kick off the new year.
