Like I said, I stopped exercising when I got sick. I gained a lot of weight then. But today I just decided to start exercising again. I hope to do it everyday from now on. Its going to be ramadan soon so I would have a lot of time to focus on my weight goals. Today was a struggle but Im sure it wont take long and Iād get used to the muscle pain again. After all, no pain, no gain. š Wish me luck.
