Thank you random stranger in Safety Net

I saw this comment on a Facebook post tonight. It really sums up my life right now. I haven’t made any huge changes yet, so far they’ve all been fairly insignificant. Maybe they’ll lead to bigger things. But what she said really hit the nail on the head:

Since no one else is willing to change, I’ve decided to make some changes to myself. I’m too young to feel this old, I’m too old to be treated like a child, and I’m too valuable to slip away into the darkness.
