Metamorphosis is the change of a caterpillar to become a pupa to become a butterfly.
Everyone undergo such changes since the time we can’t even remember?
Since birth we experience change.
From diapers to being potty trained.
From crawling to running.
From being spoon fed to eating by ourselves.
Aren’t those simple things made you proud?
As we grew older, we learned more,
we expected more, we changed more.
We went to school. We learned our very first ABC. We made friends that come and go.
I can still remember the very first friend I made but left me right away…
But that is okay we all know it is part of growing up.
People changed, situations changed…
We become more mature… more than anything else we ever thought we are going to be.
We face more difficulties in life.
A choice whether the path we are taking now is the right path…
I bet some of you have the same question like me… are we in the right field? Should we shift?
We realized that life isn’t as easy as we thought it is. .. We understood the harsh realities of life.
That we cannot get anything we like just because we want it.
Just like making somebody fall for us, like us, love us just because we want them to.
I know sounds pathetic right?
But really at least we tried…
These heartaches, problems, and scary changes that we are facing right now are the things that will mold us to who we will become.
Are we going to give up now?
Are we going to be patient and persevere?
Are we… are we… are we…
Too many are we’s that you and I can only answer.
But we all know one fact: That is we are all yet to become a butterfly.
