Most wonderful time! in 2013

christmas was so much fun, plus the most exhausting thing ever. we've been so crazy busy with workstuffs that we literally waited until the last minute to wrap ALL THE GIFTS and put them under the tree. officially, the only 'thing' we purchased for joaquin was an amazing

he was so, so in love with it. it was heart-warming. but anyway, we only had that to put together from US. but from his aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.. there were probably 30+ gifts that had come in via amazon, etc. that we wanted to wrap so that he could enjoy that element of the holiday. so we started wrapping/assembling at 8:30p on Xmas eve, but didn't finish until nearly 1a. that kitchen was a b*tch to assemble. but. worth it!

anyway, we crashed around 1a, and JRB woke up early and wouldn't go back to sleep, so we were up at 6a. it was quite painful. but when he ran out and saw the tree, with all the gifts, all the tired just floated away.
