I don’t think I’ve been so politically scared since the 80’s along with its talk of The Button.

Trump, (Brit slang. n. fart) who was amusing at first, is just becoming damned scary. Hell, I’d welcome W Bush back in place of this man, and W Bush scared the crap out of me!

I remember being revolted by him back in the days of him being in the paper because of Ivana. He oozed sleaze and pompousness back then; now he vomits hatred, through blanket statements, with nothing to back up his statements nor what he claims he will do as president.

We can all make jokes about his hair resembling tumble weed, we can snort at his dick references; but that is just laughter covering fear. Because there are people who think he’s speaking for them, people who cheer every rhetorical statement, people who are scared of a world full of variety and the beauty that is diversity of culture. The diversity of human nature.

I want to believe that these followers are in a minority but the snowball keeps rolling and gathering more detritus on the way.

I’m scared for the future of our place on this world.

I'm a US citizen and quite agree with you about Trump.

He may get the Republican nomination but can't win the election.

I hope you're right.

I read an article someone wrote about this. Maybe it's one you've read. These two college guys went to a Trump gathering as a joke, to have a good laugh about all the shit he would say and whatnot. They said in the end, it was one of the scariest things they witnessed, kicking out people and making fun of them, and the blanket statements as you said, and yes... All the hate. Makes me glad I'm not there right now, but still... It makes me sick.

I have read that one, along with many others. Even the supporters don't say anything that makes me feel anything other than dread. X

It's not only scary, it's incredibly sad.

That is very true Charis. I feel as though the psyche of the western world is going backwards from the way it felt at the end of the last century. X

it is scary,

support Sanders . I like his ideas . His brand of Socialism does not scare me and if people would bother to educate themselves about it , they would not be so closed minded and realize he has very good ideas for our country .

Trump is very scary and I can not believe the Republican Party will ever allow him to be the nominee , no matter what ..

I need tea. March 14, 2016

I agree too. :( x

oh my goodness.... all these comments for your opinion on your own diary. For what its worth, I like the meme going on Facebook that says something like The election is your IQ test America, and its not looking good. Trump scares the bejebbies out of me too. Talk about a loose cannon!!
