This cold has covered four of the longest days I’ve ever endured. The stress that I’ve been internalizing has been something else. My faith is unquestionable. The thought of going six weeks without a paycheque and relying on just working saturdaya and sundays is a lot to hang onto. Next monday, I will finally get paid though. Having the bills pile up is not something I’m used to.
I told my Wife that if she wanted to get cable and internet, or satellite and imternet to go ahead. She’s not working and I wanted her to watch her shows. She called comcast. I dislike that company for many reasons. She wanted to go with them. I said ok, lets do the cable/internet bundle. We turned in the dvr because it stopped recording. We had to reboot a few times because the screen would freeze. I paid the bills on time and they tell us we’re behind. I thought I’d get everything squared away and pay it next monday. They shut us off yesterday, so we rehooked the converter box. Then we got the latest bill, and those numbers made me just stop. I said honey, I cant justify them ripping us off like this. I’m taking this stuff back. So that’s what we’re going to do. I’ve had much better service with century link. I think we’ll go with them, and I’ll get the baseball package as well at the end of next month.
My Wife ordered some curtain panels yesterday that will look good in pur living room. We’ll just need to get the curtain rods for it and we’ll be set.
I’ve taken today off from work, because it’s just now that the Lord has allowed me to get through the other side of this cold.
