Hating the way I look in Just me!

I don’t mind getting older. Honestly, I don’t. I don’t feel like I’m nearly as old as I am. However!!! I DO hate the way my body looks right now. This is not all due to aging, I know, but the slowed metabolism is not my friend. Trying to dig deep within myself and find the strength to really do what I have to do!
