Life just got scary in the day

you know that feeling when you are in a room full of people
yet feel so alone....Randy’s company (who he works for)
have made major comments about Randy being hurt…His general foreman said to him after 11 years working for this
company has missed 1 day out sick in 11 years..
This guy said to Randy “off the record I could find a way to fire you & you get your own D*m leg fixed....in 2 weeks he said this over 4 or 5 times…others heard him…and behind Randys back he was making comments that some of the guys came back & told Randy..without all the detail Randy &
I talked to each other & our pastor from these comments from our pastor and each other we came to a point where we decided to get a lawyer..South Carolina job law’s are so different even the lawyer told us that in other states the law would be in our favor…ok bottom line here is all we want is Randys leg fixed whatever it takes …all we are asking is for
this company to do whats right....we spent Friday with the lawyer about 2 hours…He said they have to fix his leg and they cannot fire him untill all is done whatever the treatment
but after in most cases find any reason to let the person go..the law here is they can ....they dont know we hired a lawyer BUT at any moment now they will..their reaction is what scares me..this man doesnt have a line ,you know good people have a line they want cross....But this guy being 30 does not have a ________. and Randy has been through so much with this guy… I am afraid Randy will step over his line…You can only take so much…Randy can take a lot but even their at some point I am afraid backed against a wall
Randy will stop taking the way he is being treated…so we feel very alone and scared right now..
