Electra wasn't all that. 12-14" of drifty snow. I left it alone until the plows started moving it further into my driveway, then went out and cleared everything including the berm in about 20 minutes.
This morning was a different deal. At some point after I went to bed the furnace stopped working and the temperature started free-falling. That led to me not getting up at my normal 6am. I sleep under a mountain of blankets and under that mountain felt pretty good compared to getting up.
It was 55F when I got up. It was 4F outside. There is something to be said for radiant heat. It takes a while for the thermal mass to lose heat.
On the flip side it takes a while to come back. The maintenance guy was here at 10AM. It is now 7PM and the temp in the apartment is all the way up to 65F - which feels pretty balmy if the truth be told.
More snow tomorrow.
As far as I can tell, OD is dead in the water.
