So I decided that I wanted to try 21 Day Fix after a year of debating back and forth with it. I went ahead and signed up to be a discount coach so I could get stuff a little cheaper. So far I am really liking it. I do feel a difference in my energy levels which I love that. No more dragging ass for me. The workouts are good. I enjoy them for the most part I think I get a decent workout and not to much jumping so my knees thank me.
I start school in January ( Fin Aid pending) to get my degree in business and health studies. I am still not sold on this but may scrap that idea and just get my nutrition and wellness certificate. We will see. I have always been so passionate about this. I am talking with a friend and we are wanting to start a wellness center. First we will launch a wellness website with blogs and really cool stuff.
I feel bad that I always forget to check here. I do a lot of stuff from my phone so if it isn’t easy to do from my phone it usually gets missed.
