great loss this week. :) not expecting such a big loss come next Monday (FYI Lydia will be 4 months old that day). so why not expecting a loss? umm....im eating everything in sight on thanksgiving. haha.

which reminds me. the girl anna that does my hair, she used to be huge, like 230 or 240 lbs, she is really short im not sure she cracks 5 foot tall (maybe she does?) anyway she normally weighs somewhere between 115 and 130 lbs. but she tells me that on occasion she still will just have an eating day, where she will eat whatever she feels like until she is stuffed. but im not saying her way of doing it is right (she fasted and did juice cleanses for about a year to lose a majority of her weight-I don’t think fasting is the way to do that).

I guess im scheduling a binge. yes I got food issues, but that is a lot better than my families drug/booze issues. I cant even tell you the last time I had booze. I just don’t care for it. and I don’t touch drugs. never have, never will. I don’t even like pot (well ive never tried it but im not going to start now). remember when my aunt told me I was boring? LOL. but guess what I wont die at 53 years old (or whatever her age was, but she was young).

so this week I need to get in my three days at the gym, so im thinking Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.

Lydia found me so funny this morning, I was starting to say you are silly, and every time I said you she giggled. FINALLY im funny. :) she was telling my mom stories this morning.

I hope we get permission to feed her solids on her 4th month appointment (dec 5) but my guess is they are going to say wait until she is 6 months.

I was part of a weekend warrior challenge, everyone kicked my butt. :) oh well, it happens. im sure my number will be going down the colder it gets.

Scheduling a binge is way better than going off the rails for days because you ate badly.. You can plan your treats which will mean you have less than if you didn't. Welldone on the loss, your doing great!

Good luck with loosing weight. I always say I'm going to but never do. This last year I lost all my ambition for it. The previous year I had done wonderful with walking almost a mile every day. Maybe next year will be my year.
