I've been having a great time avoiding studying today. I watched several episodes of Hawaii Five-0 with Aaron, ate cookies and cake, shopped online, and spent too much time on facebook. It's really hard to get all worked up about an exam you only need 30% on. I have gotten through my notes one and a third times, though, and the night is young.
I have a winter formal (aka vet prom) coming up at the beginning of January and I'm trying to figure out the undergarment situation for my dress.
This is the dress:
The easiest solution would be to go without undergarments but...no thank you. I don't want to dance without any undies! If I have any awkward accidents on the dance floor, my colleagues and professors DO NOT need to see my vagina! Plus, it's a tight dress so I could definitely benefit from some shapewear. Plus, it's winter! A little bit of extra warmth from nylons are probably a good idea. However, the open back limits that as well as a bra. I may have found a backless, stick on bra that also gives a bit of upward cleavage, so that's a definite possibility. I have some Spanx nylons that I could try on with it to see if they peak above the back line. The problem with those and other nylons that don't go up to your boobs is that the waistband tends to roll down on me which is uncomfortable and a bit awkward. It's a silly, mostly pleasant dilemma.
Ahhhh one more week of class! And one day is an all day lab day I don't have! Whee!!!
::sigh:: I guess it's time to study some more. And be driven crazy by the curry Aaron's cooking :P
