And so, the Project Manager of my product at the porn company disappeared today. He's been AWOL since Monday, and then was unreachable yesterday. Then this morning he sneaks into the office at 630am, clears out his desk, and disappears. They took that as he quit.
But then the guys around the office start googling the PM, and find quite the interesting tidbit. Right there within the first few hits is a "report your cheating bf/gf" site with a post that calls him out by name. So, upon further investigation we find that it's written by one of THE OTHER TECHS, and it goes into detail about how they carried on this "relationship", all the while the PM is saying he's getting divorced, never does, suckers her for money, and then leaves her high and dry. But wait! And then in the comments, there is the PM's wife defending him, and then TWO MORE GIRLS who say they too have been seeing him, neither of which work for us. The post just happens to have gone up in the last 72hrs, so who knows where he is now.
Once we start comparing stories about the PM between ourselves, we start to wonder what exactly was true. This guy hit on me too, but we were at the bar and drinking, so I didn't think much of it. Through the coarse of our conversation he tells me his wife is Russian, shows me dirty pictures of her, and then says something to the effect of, "that's right, I get to go home to that." Home isn't far from the office. He also tells me he's got 3 kids, and a step kid from the wife. Many others were told that his wife lives in WA, and he has 3 step-kids. Some others were told 2 kids and 1 step-kid. He never mentioned a divorce to me, but told the tech he was seeing that he had an annulment, and then changed the story again to say divorce. Only to disappear shortly after this post surfaces.
I seriously couldn't make this shit up. No one would believe it.
