I give up on people in Safety Net

I love how all of my friends are so wonderfully non-commital. Seriously. If you don’t have the balls to tell me that you don’t want to do something, or that something has come up and you need to change your plans, then don’t expect me to pick up the phone and let you know what’s new. All relationships require at least two people. One person doingtall of the work is not how things should work. I’m not even that upset that plans fall through. But don’t leave me hanging all week so that I can’t make other plans. Even a short text saying, “It’s not going to work this weekend” is better than total radio silence.

Most people are selfish. It is rare to find someone that in general thinks of others first even along with themselves.
