i just ran across an entry for simple black bean soup and my gawd does it sound good on a day like this. If i can just NOT add so many extras as to turn it into black bean stew. Had instant Soba noodles last night. Yummy with the addition of a teaspoon of Housin sauce and a tablespoon of Sriracha sauce. (I eat my hot ‘cause I don’t likes me food cold!) But tonight....... maybe black bean soup with Thai dragon chilies. MMMM!
