Peas and Onions Recipe
Ingredients
PEAS FROZEN 1 CUP, Fiber 9 Gs. Protein 8 Gs Calories 125
½ YELLOW onion. Fiber 2 Gs. Protein 1G. Calories 40
1 TBS BUTTER, SMART BAL Fiber 0 Protein 0 CAL 90 (270)
CHICKEN BROTH, 90 cal a cup
TOTAL: 1 SERVING OF 4.. About 500 calories! Yikes!

OKAY............ I thought this was a great recipe (until I did the math) and had decided to live on nothing but this for the rest of my life..... maybe....maybe some mashed potatoes every so often. BUT fuck oh dear! 500 calories just so I can get 11 grams of fiber? What did our ancestors eat? GRASS? BUSHES? They got plenty of fiber SOMEHOW!!

They are hiding something about this somewhere in the FBI Food Archives! It’s because they hate SENIORS! They know that with enough time even stupid, brainwashed twits can see the truth! There are no good diet sites for seniors. We mostly need a 10th of what we ate when we were busy, or working, or younger.

You know they try to push ‘eat balanced meals’, have some of all the food groups, Yeah! Sure! Eat about 3 meals of 600 calorie food stuff and then burn it all off by walking to the bathroom and back TWICE! OR eat a tablespoon of each group at each meal.... hardly worth it!

SOMEONE needs to fill this gap, come out with mini frozen meals for seniors, or weekly menu’s involving ALL the food groups in MICRO portions. Because right now we mostly have things like “I’ll cook a WHOLE bunch and freeze portions for ALL our meals this month and NEXT month I’ll make BISCUITS!” I’ve tried the “cook for a week and freeze it crap” BORING!!

NO! I’m caught between wasting food MUST NOT! Or....? (shit! Lost the whole damn thought train!) OK, CUT! Pack up the scenery boys! Dumb shit lost the story line! I coulda been da champ! I coulda been somebody! Nevermind
