Walking down the lane I saw these Lords & Ladies growing in the bank next to the lane, the setting isn’t much of back ground but still they are a nice bunch of red berries.
Then I walked to the Park, I haven’t been there for a few weeks, it still looks nice now it has the summer blooms, the Swans were there but I could not see the Cygnets, there were people rowing on the lake; to have people new to rowing on the lake would keep me out of harms reach….
Oh yes, the mooning duck ................
As I walked to the east end of the lake I saw them at the west end, they still have their dowdier brown feathers and have they grown, for now they don’t have their beautiful white plumage; for now the ugly ducking!
