THREE THINGS
Some days are all about cooking in our house: Yesterday it was a slow-cooked pork roast.
Today I slow-cooked shredded beef for sandwiches.
After dinner I made a Southern breakfast casserole to refrigerate overnight, cooked potatoes to cottage fry on Sunday when our friends come to brunch.
