I broke down and signed up for Dramafever. It's one of those websites where you can stream foreign television and movies. In particular Korean films. Last night I was finally able to watch the bits of a series that had the dvd messed up -- huge plot developments, and an absolutely heartbreaking sequence involving a baby. I do have to say this about Korean dramas -- you get to see the money on the screen, and some of the actors -- well, umm, tasty as they say.

Especially, Ji Jin-hee. Holy god, is that man sexy, and in this one he's going over the top. Not to mention lots of stunt work, lots of gorgeous costumes and sets, and one really nasty villianess. Series title is The Great Seer.

Now have started reading Elizabeth Peters' The Curse of the Pharaoh. I'm not very far into it so far, but Ramses has appeared -- oh what a handful of a child!

And one of the cable channels was running Avatar tonight. Very heavy handed on the Bad Human angle, but gorgeous animation. I didn't mind it too much, but I'm not that interested in seeing it again. That's about all for tonight.
