Tale of the shrinking woman :) in Life as a Mom of 2 boys.....and a girl!!

Hi :) I managed to lose 3lbs in my 2nd week of the weight loss challenge and so I now weigh 192.8lbs. Woo hoo! I think that is so amazing, especially since I can usually only manage to work out a couple of days a week besides doing my 30 days of squats, planks and burpees. I try to stay right around 1800 calories which is the low end of my range just because 1800 is plenty of calories to get me through the day. I only started losing weight October 21st and between then and November 21st (one month) I lost 9.5lbs. Hope I can do that every month lol.

I'm tired this morning because Miles usually only wakes up one a night for a feeding but last night he went to sleep at 9pm and then was up at 1am, 4:30am and then for some reason decided to wake up for the day at the ugly hour of 6am. Yuck! Maybe he's going through another growth spurt? Who knows! They sure tend to go through a lot of them when they're small. As much as it can suck when they want to eat and eat, lately I'm thinking in terms of that the more he eats the more calories my body burns from nursing so eat up lol.

I had one day that I screwed up with my calorie counting a bit. It was Saturday. I bought a bag of these dark chocolate covered dried blueberries because Cody was bugging me to get chocolate and between the both of us we ate the whole bag. Whoops lol. I had a small dinner after that and only ended up eating 2200 calories that day which isn't too horrible but I still felt dumb for doing that.

Anyways, I had more to write but Miles is up again for some reason. And I haven't even had breakfast yet. sigh
