25 Weeks / 15 to go in Humanity

How far along? 25 weeks (and one day)

How big is baby? Head to heel, your baby now measures about 13 1/2 inches. Her weight — a pound and a half — isn’t much more than an average rutabaga.

Total weight gain/loss: 124 lbs / up 18 lbs!!! !!!!! On track to gain 33+ -_-

Maternity clothes? Yes and no. Squeezing into some stuff that isn’t technically maternity but giving zero f*cks about it.

Sleep: Ebbs and flows. Nothing to complain about pregnancy-wise. I just wish that boy of mine would sleep in a bit longer.

Best moment this week: Had an ultrasound last Thursday and it was great. I also got cleared to travel through the end of July. Woo!

In general – work stuff is going really well and I’m super happy & optimistic about it.

Also, JRB started a 10-day swimming class “intensive” and it’s going ‘swimmingly’ – he’s starting to swim underwater and make huge strides – and he’s only gone two days so far!!

Oh, and a massage on Saturday night and a kickass pilates session on Monday. Woo to the woo woo!

Worst moment this week: I’m sure there was SOMETHING, but nothing is coming to mind at the moment.

Movement: Yes, yes, yes. She’s an active little critter and I LOOOOOVE it.

Food Cravings: Chocolate. and more chocolate. and sometimes cottage cheese?!

Food Aversions: Soggy lettuce. Eek.

Gender: Little lady.

Labor Signs: A few braxton hicks-ish items, but nothing too cray.

Pregnancy Symptoms: MORE sciatica - now it’s on the right side. But my pilates instructor helped with that immensely. I may be throwing in the towel on running soon, though… elliptical, here I come!

Belly Button in or out? OUT, yo. In yo face.

What I miss: Running without pain in my belly and back.

What I am looking forward to: HOLDAY WEEKEND!

SO MUCH TRAVELS! Aaron and I got our TSA Pre-Check initiated today, so getting through airports should be much, much easier.

Milestones (BabyCenter):

She’s beginning to exchange her long, lean look for some baby fat. As she does, her wrinkled skin will begin to smooth out and she’ll start to look more and more like a newborn. She’s also growing more hair — and if you could see it, you’d now be able to discern its color and texture.
