Thats right, im a size 12 on bottom and a medium top. Down from xl tops and size 14 bottoms. :D
Its a start. No weight loss lol. But i can do about 70 squats in a day without weight. I need to get some kind of weight at home for them.
Then figure out a good oblique move.

I watched a video that said squeeze your butt as you go up, it makes it amazingly, alot easier haha.
