AHHHHHH in keeping it postive

I waited till it was at least a bit sunny - then at 9 a.m. was off to the pool. I did about 1/2 hour of water aerobics. I had my froggy gloves on - they have webbing between the fingers to increase the water resistance.
Tomorrow, maybe earlier - and with the foam weights. In the air they’re light; in the water, you’re working against their desire to float, so the water resistance is increased. Next day, maybe the noodle.
It’s so peaceful early in the day. Later there’ll be families with screaming kids - ah, NO.

I am with you re: the screaming kids...been forever since I have been in a pool. We had one in our first home here and then the once before this. I love floating around on the water beneath a starry sky at night. Re...your note to me. Yes, you do understand.
