It’s bad enough having to strip down for TSA, but the crap I’m getting from Dollar car rental and others is beyond atrocious.
I don’t arrive in Providence until 12:50AM tomorrow morning, but the clueless service rep at Dollar kept wanting to give me a) a change in price; b) kept ‘seeing’ 12:50AM as ‘12:50PM’; then c) took forever in finding a supervisor for me to talk to.
