When you wash your hands, do you use the cold or hot tap?
Always hot water. If that’s not available usually alcohol/anti-bacterial lotion. I always carry a bottle in my pack when at work (Don’t forget I’m a nurse! LOL)

What is the biggest injury you’ve ever sustained and how did you do it?
Broken left leg. Kept me off work for 3 years because of non-union. Ended up with a surgical nail through the tibia. Caused by a blind car driver not looking and pulling out of a side road, crushing my leg against the engine of my bike. (No, not bitter at all! LOL)
What is the most unusual food you’ve ever eaten?
I don’t know if I’d call it unusual. I’ve eaten Reindeer (Norway), Horse (Germany) and Ostrich (Stamford, England!)
What is the most unique animal you’ve ever touched?
Again, not sure if it’s unique…..many reptiles, lion cub, monkey. I’ve had an Iguana sitting on my shoulder, eating cat food from a spoon.
What’s the most expensive gift you’ve ever bought for someone?
Not exactly bought. When I got my compensation from the bike accident I gave my folks £11,000 so they could pay off their mortgage.
Which 3 countries would you LEAST like to live in and why?
Afghanistan, South Africa and Egypt. All because of the heat and the violence.
If you could make just ONE change to this world, what would it be and why?
Whatever it take to stop wars.

Japanese, Swedish, Spanish.
Which would you rather out of these 3 options? A: Be good looking and extremely intelligent but so poor you live on the streets. B: Be extremely intelligent and a millionaire but what society classes as ugly. Or C: Be good looking and a millionaire but extremely academically challenged?
Being an ugly bugger anyway, this is easy, I’d go for B.

I’m a bloke, I don’t cry at films! LMAO. As if….Ghost brought a tear to my eyes, and there are so many others that can really choke me. Top Gun, when Goose dies, makes me sad. Couldn’t give you 10 right off the top of my head though.
Would you rather raise 25 children or have the chance of ever having children taken away?
I’d like to be able to give 25 children the best start possible. I feel that bringing our 3 into the world has helped me be the person I am today.
Would you rather go on a relaxing beach type holiday to the Caribbean, a cultural holiday to Japan or an adventure packed holiday to South Africa?
Cultural to Japan please. One of my bucket list items, would love to visit there.

Seeing my daughters face when we surprised her in March in Cornwall, Spending time with the grandsprogs (again in Cornwall!) and any day I can get out on my bike!
What do you believe we as human beings take most for granted in this world?
Our earthly environment, most significantly water and bees. (Not changing this one, because I agree!)

ELO, Uriah Heep, Rory Gallagher, Queen, Police, Suzi Quatro, Status Quo, Jethro Tull. Favourite has to be Queen.
