I don't know what my problem is lately, I'm in a funk. All I feel like doing is sitting around eating. I didn't run yesterday, I just let time keep passing by until it was too late to go. I have to go and be back before my husband is home or he gets pissy about it. I need to run today so I still get my 5 days in. I've been eating too much, and the scale is showing it, you would think I'd stop, but I keep eating.
